Céline Talabaza has an extensive work experience in the beauty industry. Céline started their career in 2004 as an Assistant Advertising Manager at Publicis on the Renault account. In 2006, they moved to CB'a Design Solutions as an Assistant Project Manager on the Nestle account. In 2007, they joined Yves Rocher as an Assistant Marketing Manager for Skin Care. In 2008, they moved to L'Oreal S.A. as an Assistant Product Manager for Color Cosmetics. In 2009, they were promoted to Product Executive for L'Oreal Paris Cosmetics for Color Cosmetics. In 2010, they joined LVMH as a Regional Marketing Executive for Sephora in Skin Care, Color Cosmetics, Fragrances, and Hair Care. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Unilever as a Senior Global Brand Development Manager for Skin Care, Hair Care, and Premium Hair Care, as well as a Regional Brand Development Manager for Hair Care in the South East Asia and Africa region. In 2018, they joined Noble Panacea as the CEO and Global Marketing Director for Prestige Skin Care.

Céline Talabaza is currently enrolled at Harvard Business School, where they are pursuing a Leading with Finance degree, expected to be completed in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in International Business & Marketing from Grenoble Ecole de Management in 2008, and a Master's degree in Business Management from Hanken School of Economics in 2007.
