John Austin Earles

John Austin Earles is the Founder of Noble Roofing, a locally-owned roofing company based in The Woodlands, Texas. Prior to this, John Austin worked as a Project Estimator for Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing, driving over $35 million in sales volume. John also served as an Executive Assistant and Staff Assistant to the Chancellor at Dallas Baptist University, where John Austin played a pivotal role in supporting university operations and fundraising efforts. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy, & Economics from Dallas Baptist University.
