Maria joined Nobles in January 2022 to lead and manage the Finance and Information Technology Department, as well as holding the Company Secretary duties. Maria has held numerous Executive positions in manufacturing, healthcare, and publicly listed companies. Her experience as an accomplished visionary leader in implementing commercial strategy with her collaborative management style in change management and people development drives growth and sustainability. Maria holds a Master of Accounting, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a Graduate Member of Australian Institute of Directors.
