Phil Mirams

Phil Mirams is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience serving in senior roles across various industries. Currently, Phil holds the position of CFO and Company Secretary at MLG Oz since October 2019. Prior to this, Phil was CFO at Navitas for a year and served as CFO at Automotive Holdings Group from June 2012 to May 2018. Other notable positions include CFO and Company Secretary at Water Resources Group and CFO at UGL Limited, an ASX100 company. Phil's earlier career includes roles as CFO for Australia and New Zealand at Deutsche Bank, Business Manager in Investment Banking at Nomura, and Senior Manager in Business Consulting at Arthur Andersen. Phil earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Otago from 1987 to 1991.
