Lily Gaunkar is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technical recruitment. Currently serving as a Sr Technical Recruiter at Noblesoft Solutions since April 2021, Lily previously held positions at Endure Technology Solutions from January 2012 to May 2019, where roles included Lead Technical Recruiter and IT Recruiter, contributing to embedded hardware and software development and IT staff augmentation. Earlier career experience includes working as an Insurance/Customer Executive at Maruti Suzuki Sai Service in Goa, India, from April 2010 to October 2011.
