Sycheva Maria

Sycheva Maria has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Training and Development. Sycheva is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Noblewood Group since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Director at Beluga Group from September 2017.

From March 2015 to September 2017, Maria worked as the Head of Training and Development at Moscow Exchange. Before that, they were the T&D Director at Renaissance Insurance Group, LLC from July 2011 to July 2015.

Maria has also held various managerial roles in their earlier career. Sycheva served as the Career Development Manager at Wimm-Bill-Dann from March 2010 to June 2011 and as the Manager of Special Programs (T&D) at Vimpelcom from July 2008 to March 2010.

Sycheva'scareer in Human Resources and Training and Development started with a role as a Consultant at the Center of HR Technologies from 2005 to 2008.

Sycheva Maria completed their Ph.D. in Psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 2001 and 2006. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at the Higher School of Economics from 2012 to 2014.
