Jeffrey Morse

Jeffrey Morse, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Noblis ESI since January 2021. Morse has extensive experience in public service, having represented the Dulles District on the Loudoun County School Board from January 2012 to December 2023 and previously holding the positions of Deputy Program Manager and Program Planner at Booz Allen Hamilton and the Loudoun County School Board, respectively. Morse's education includes a Master's degree in Business Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Federal Executive Fellowship from Harvard University, a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia Tech.
