Jennifer Madsen

Jennifer Madsen is a seasoned health policy and strategic advisory professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Jennifer serves as a Strategic Account Advisor in the Health Solutions Division at Noblis and holds the position of Senior Consultant at the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). Previously, Jennifer was the Chief Executive Officer of Diagonal Health LLC, Health Practice Leader at BMNT, and played key roles at MITRE, NIH SEED, FARE, Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, and the College of American Pathologists. Jennifer's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from Yale School of Public Health and multiple undergraduate degrees in Biochemistry from Rice University.
