Jeffrey also serves as the Chairman & General Counsel at Titan Brands and as Of Counsel at Fortis LLP. Previously, Jeffrey held the position of Senior VP Corporate Development & General Counsel at ConversionPoint Technologies. Jeffrey's expertise in corporate law can be traced back to their time as a Corporate Attorney at Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, LLP. Jeffrey holds a JD from Loyola Law School and has also participated in the Young President's Organization Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School.
