Jessica M. Romano is an experienced culinary professional specializing in pastry and dessert preparation. Currently serving as Lead Pastry Cook at Nobu Hospitality since March 2021, Jessica has also held the position of Pastry Cook at Nobu Hospitality and worked in various capacities, including Anne Saxelby Apprentice at Lively Run Goat Dairy and a line cook at The Clocktower.
