Rachael Palumbo has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Rachael started their career at Sheraton Boston Hotel as a Corporate and Leisure Sales Manager, where they focused on developing the leisure market and increasing inbound business. Rachael then moved on to The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa as a Leisure Sales Manager, where they developed and managed the corporate and retail transient markets.

Rachael later joined Westin and Sheraton at Our Lucaya Beach & Golf Resort as an Associate Director of Group Sales, where they supervised the Westin One-Call department and mentored national sales managers. Rachael then transitioned to the role of Director of Sales & Marketing at Sheraton Suites Plantation before joining W Vieques (Martineau Bay Resort & Spa) as the Director of Sales & Marketing. In this role, they successfully transitioned the resort from a Wyndham Hotel to a luxury, non-branded resort and worked closely with W Hotels on brand integration.

Rachael continued to build their career as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Westin Le Paradis Beach & Golf Resort (pre-opening team), where they established the sales, marketing, and catering teams. Rachael then joined One&Only Ocean Club, Bahamas as the Executive Director of Sales & Marketing, where they were responsible for achieving annual revenue targets, managing a sales and marketing team, and maintaining travel partner relationships.

Currently, Rachael is a Vice President Sales & Marketing at Nobu Hospitality, overseeing all sales and marketing efforts for Nobu Hotels worldwide. Rachael is also the VP of Global Hotel Brand Marketing and is responsible for the strong development pipeline of 27 hotels.

Rachael Palumbo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Southern Methodist University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
