Rudra Magar

Rudra Magar is a seasoned sushi chef with extensive experience in prestigious hospitality establishments. Currently serving as a sushi chef at Nobu Doha, Qatar since January 2015, Rudra has also contributed to Nobu Singapore as a task force sushi chef in June 2022. Previous roles include sushi chef positions at Mazagan Beach Resort from August 2012 to December 2014 and Ayada Maldives from February 2012 to August 2012. Rudra's career includes a tenure as sushi chef-de-partie at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts from February 2011 to December 2011, and earlier positions as demi chef-de-partie and commis I at One&Only Resorts from March 2006 to January 2011. Rudra Magar's culinary education was obtained at Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu, Nepal, from 2000 to 2001.
