Matthew Whalen

Matthew Whalen is an accomplished Emmy-winning director of photography, producer, and editor with extensive expertise in feature-length films, nationally televised commercials, and brand activations. As the Content Director of Brand and Innovation at NOBULL since December 2020, Matthew leads creative initiatives. Previously, Matthew owned and served as the Director and Creative Lead at Matthew Whalen Productions from September 2012 to June 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Producer and Intern at Warren Miller Entertainment and an Internship with the Association of Independent Commercial Producers. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in 2011.
