Akash Patil

Akash Patil has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked as an intern at both Castall Industries and Riddhi Siddhi Enterprises. Later that year, they joined Vira Pumps as a Quality Supervisor, where they successfully deployed 50 submersible pumps at an international level and worked with a team of 10 people for pump assembly and dispatching. In 2018, they also started working at Mahindra Susten as a Product Quality Engineer, where they were involved in the development and deployment of over 50 cleaning robots for solar plants in India. Akash also supervised the testing process of cleaning robots at Mahindra R&D section. Since 2021, Akash has been working at Noccarc as a Quality Engineer, focusing on ISO certification requirements and risk management for medical devices. Akash is skilled in performing inspections of both technical and mechanical components.

Akash Patil's education history begins in 2012 when they attended Dr. J. J. Magdum College of Engineering, JAYSINGPUR and obtained a Diploma of Education in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Mumbai. In 2018, they briefly attended the National Institute of Solar Energy - India, where they studied Solar Energy Technology/Technician and obtained a degree called Suryamitra.

In addition to their formal education, Akash Patil has also obtained several certifications. Akash obtained the Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB) from TÜV SÜD in August 2021. Akash also completed courses such as Internal audit of medical device QMS- ISO 13485:2016, Medical device Process validation ISO 13485- IQ OQ PQ, and ISO13485:2016, all offered by Udemy. In terms of additional certifications, Akash Patil has completed the 7 QC tools course offered by Mahindra Susten, as well as the Solar PV Certification from the National Institute Of Solar Energy (Nise), Gurgaon.
