Carlos Ceballos

Carlos Ceballos serves as the Chief Executive Officer at NOCEnergy, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Carlos held the role of VP of Electric Power at Rondo Energy from August 2021 to September 2023 and served as Managing Director at SUMMUM Corp from September 2015 to August 2021. Carlos's experience also includes Managing Director positions at SNC-Lavalin and a managerial role in Engineering and Projects at ENGIE. Earlier in their career, Carlos worked as a Design Engineer at NEM Energy b.v. and as a Research Assistant in Reactor Physics at the Reactor Institute Delft. Carlos Ceballos holds a PhD in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology, an MBA from Tulane University, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Additionally, Carlos completed a certificate in Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School.
