Jennie Jones has an extensive background in law and mediation, currently serving as a Partner and Head of Nockolds Resolution at Nockolds since September 1999, leading a specialized team in claimant injury and medical negligence claims. In addition to this role, Jennie has been the Head of the Veterinary Client Mediation Service (VCMS) since October 2016, successfully overseeing its continuation after a trial period. Furthermore, Jennie has led the Optical Consumer Complaints Service (OCCS) Mediation Service since April 2014, focusing on resolving complaints between consumers and opticians in the UK. Jennie holds a Law LLB degree from the University of Reading and completed secondary education at Gravesend Grammar School for Girls.
