Arjen Boonstoppel

Arjen Boonstoppel has a wealth of experience in high performance management and project management within elite sports organizations. Currently working at NOC*NSF, Arjen's focus is on advising coaches and directors to enhance world-class performance programs in various team sports. Additionally, Arjen is the owner of Multief, a consultancy specializing in elite sports, talent development, and sports events. In their previous role at the Dutch Volleyball Federation, Arjen managed high performance programs, talent development structures, and elite sports events. With a background in coaching and a degree in Sportmanagement from the University of Groningen, Arjen brings a diverse skill set to their roles in sports management.
