Phil Barber

Phil Barber is a Senior Software Engineer at Infogrid since August 2021, focused on creating modern solutions to enhance the environmental sustainability of the built environment, particularly through the Occupancy solution. Previously, Phil served as Engineering Manager and Tech Lead at Lantum, where significant improvements in deployment predictability were achieved, and successful hiring practices were implemented to enhance team diversity. A background in backend development was also gained through a part-time contract at Riff and various roles at Brainlabs, including Agency Tech Manager and Developer, demonstrating expertise in managing projects and mentoring developers. Phil's early experience includes a summer internship at Inplayrs, supported by a BA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
