Morgan Elizabeth Aozasa

Morgan Elizabeth Aozasa currently serves as Head of Customer Success at nodaFi since June 2024. Previously, Morgan held the position of Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Mindtickle from September 2021 to July 2024 and worked as a Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Manager at WorkRamp from December 2019 to September 2020. Morgan began a career at Acquire as the Customer Success Lead, being the first U.S. hire for the Series A startup. At PandaDoc, Morgan was promoted to Customer Success Manager Lead within six months, achieving over $100K in expansion quarterly and maintaining a negative churn rate. Earlier roles include Business Development at Magic, Inc., and Field Marketing Specialist at Apttus. Morgan obtained a Master’s Degree in Art History and Film Studies from the University of St Andrews from 2011 to 2015.
