Emily Graffum

Emily Graffum is a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in various roles related to project and contract management. Currently serving at Nodal Exchange since November 2022, Emily previously held multiple positions at Booz Allen Hamilton from October 2014 to November 2022, including Project Manager, Sr. Subcontracts Administrator, and Sr. Contracts Administrator. Prior experience includes working as a Sr. Contracts Administrator at BAE Systems from May 2011 to October 2014, a Secretary and Editor for the New Voices in Public Policy journal at George Mason University from January 2010 to February 2011, and a Project Coordinator at The Optical Society from September 2007 to November 2009. Emily holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Mary Washington.
