Taliya Golzar

Taliya Golzar has a diverse work experience background. Taliya began their career at Business SOS in 2012 as a Summer Associate, where they conducted market research and revitalized website design. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Consultant for Social Entrepreneur Corps, assisting local individuals and communities through micro-finance and education initiatives. Taliya then joined Sponsors for Educational Opportunity as a Trainee, completing training in technical and professional skills relevant to Sales & Trading. Taliya then transitioned to RBC Capital Markets, where they worked as an Analyst and Associate in various roles focused on cash & electronic sales trading and healthcare trading. In 2020, they joined Floss Bar as Chief of Staff, supporting the company's mission to provide mobile and on-site dental and medical care. Taliya continued as Chief of Staff when Floss Bar merged with Medbar Group in 2021, allowing their to also work as Director of Product Strategy & Operations. Taliya'smost recent role is as Chief of Staff at Nodal, a platform that connects surrogates and intended parents, providing transparency and education in the surrogacy process.

Taliya Golzar earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with Distinction in Economics with a Finance Concentration, along with a Markets and Management Certificate from Duke University. Taliya studied abroad in the fall of 2013 at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Before attending Duke, Taliya completed their high school education at Ransom Everglades Upper School. Additionally, they hold certifications in Series 55, Series 63, and Series 7 from FINRA.
