Benjamin Byrd has been the Vice President and General Counsel at Nodaway Valley Bank since March 2003. Prior to that, Benjamin worked as an Associate at Swanson Midgley, LLC from September 1999 to January 2003. Benjamin has a JD from the University of Missouri School of Law (1996-1999) and an AB in History from the University of Missouri-Columbia (1992-1996). In 2006, Benjamin graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Throughout their career, Benjamin has gained extensive experience in various areas of law, including employment disputes, commercial litigation, securities litigation, franchise law, education law, and family law.
