Stian Tornholm Grimsgaard

Stian Tornholm Grimsgaard has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Stian Tornholm is currently the Co-Founder & CTO of Noddi, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Greengard starting in August 2022.

Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Stian worked at Oda as a Software Developer from August 2020 to July 2022 and as a Software Engineer from June 2020 to August 2020. Stian Tornholm also had a successful Summer Internship at Kolonial.no in 2019, where they implemented new tools to assist drivers in arriving on time.

In 2017, Stian worked at Protector Forsikring ASA as a System Developer from April 2017 to July 2018. Stian Tornholm then had an intern student role at SYSCO AS from January 2018 to June 2018, where they contributed to a project on predicting damage to the utility grid caused by weather conditions using machine learning models.

Stian's career started in 2014 as a Postman at Posten Norge, and they later moved into a role as a Driver at Oda from March 2016 to October 2016. Stian Tornholm was subsequently promoted to the position of Driving Team Leader at Oda, responsible for coordinating drivers, planning routes, and managing on-road activities from October 2016 to February 2018.

Stian Tornholm Grimsgaard began their education journey in 2013 at Høgskolen i Hedmark (HH) - Alumni, where they pursued a degree in Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor until 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, Stian attended the University of South-Eastern Norway, focusing on completing prerequisites for engineering education and maritime college education. Continuing their educational pursuits, they then joined OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University from 2015 to 2018, acquiring a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in IT Engineering. Finally, Stian enrolled at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2018 to 2020 to study Civil Engineering with a specialization in Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence, specifically within the field of study Kunstig Intelligens.
