Ian Gibbs

Ian Gibbs is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic development across various industries, including leisure, healthcare, and facilities management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of Operations at Node since July 2023, Ian previously held the position of Executive Director of Neighbourhoods and Operations (COO) at Get Living, where responsibilities included driving total returns and setting operational strategies. Notably, at David Lloyd Leisure, Ian oversaw the development and performance of commercial concepts across multiple European clubs, contributed significantly to EBITDA growth, and implemented successful training programs for management. Ian's earlier roles include Operations Director at Compass Group and various managerial positions at David Lloyd Leisure, Starbucks, Whitbread, Lidl GB, and Beneficial Finance Inc. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Brunel University London and multiple honors in Production Management and Professional Development from Buckinghamshire New University.
