Alexandros Mannari

Alexandros Mannari has over 10 years of professional work experience. In 2010, they served as a Cadet/Second Lieutenant in the National Guard of Cyprus, where they were the highest ranked soldier and completed three-months training in Greece. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at The University of Manchester as a Teaching Assistant and Researcher. During this time, they demonstrated in computer laboratory coursework, marked technical reports and provided feedback to undergraduate and postgraduate students, and researched studies in power system analysis, power system modelling, and mathematical problem formulation and optimisation. In 2019, they joined Amdocs as a Software Developer, where they worked on back-end applications and undertook training in software development technologies and methods. In 2020, they worked at IBM as a Business Consultant/IT Specialist and at NCR Corporation as a Software Developer, where they worked with agile SCRUM methodology, followed best-practices in OOP and TDD for software development, testing, and optimisation, and developed front-end web applications in Angular framework. Currently, they are a Full-stack Developer at Nodes & Links.

Alexandros Mannari completed their High School degree at Pancyprian Gymnasium in 2010. Alexandros then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Manchester, which they completed in 2016. In 2019, they earned a Master of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Manchester.
