Alison Strutt

Alison Strutt is an experienced executive leader in the life sciences sector. Alison has held various roles since 1999, beginning with a Corporate Finance Advisor at Deloite. From 2003-2011, they were employed at GSK, where they held roles such as VP, Head of Reporting Process and Transformation, VP Finance, Office of the CFO, Chief of Staff, Finance Strategy and Transformation Leader, VP, CFO, Medicines Discovery and Development, and Business Development Director. In 2011, they became a Trustee at Tres Cantos Open Laboratory Foundation, and in 2017 they were a Non Executive on the Finance Committee at The Academy of Medical Sciences. In 2020, they became a Board Observer at Volcano Coffee Works, and in 2022 they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Kynos Therapeutics Ltd. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at NodThera, a small UK/US Biotech business, leading the Finance and Non-scientific functions in all 3 UK/US locations during a period of rapid growth.

Alison Strutt holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Chemistry and Physical Chemistry from the University of Wales, Cardiff, as well as a Chartered Acountant in Accounting and Finance from BPP.
