Melani Cristal Alvarado

Melani Cristal Alvarado has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Creative Project Manager at Nodus Company. Melani Cristal began working there in January 2022.

Prior to that, Melani was self-employed as a Technical-Scientific and Literary Translator in English since August 2017.

Melani Cristal'smain responsibility was to ensure that each course met the clients' requirements and goals. Melani Cristal regularly oversaw course development and met with trainers to assess their performance and provide support.

Additionally, at On Target, Melani was a Senior English Trainer specializing in big clients, such as top managers, vice presidents, and CEOs. Melani Cristal was responsible for delivering English and communication training, ensuring the material and content met their needs, and assessing their progress.

Prior to their time at On Target, Melani worked at American Forum as an English in-company teacher from March 2014 to March 2020.

Melani Cristal Alvarado completed the course in "Metodologías Ágiles (Scrum)" at Coderhouse in 2021. Melani Cristal also obtained a certification in "Metodologías Ágiles (Scrum)" from Coderhouse in December 2021. From 2011 to 2019, they attended ENS en Lenguas Vivas "Sofía EB de Spangenberg" where they earned a degree as a Technical-Literary Translator in English with a specialization in Translation.
