Paul Remy currently serves as the Director of Rooms at Noelle, a position held since May 2024. Paul's career began at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, ascending through multiple roles such as Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Front Office Manager across several properties. Paul holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Parks, & Tourism from the University of Florida.
