Leyly Erfani is an accomplished professional with a strong background in digital excellence and knowledge management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Excellence at Noerr. Previously, Leyly held multiple senior roles at Taylor Wessing Germany, including Head of Knowledge & Innovation and Head of Knowledge Services. Leyly's experience also includes directorship and legal expertise at NAWARO BioEnergie AG, as well as a position as Bereichsassistentin - Rechtsanwältin at P+P Pöllath + Partners. Leyly Erfani holds an MBA in Change Management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law and has completed a legal traineeship in Berlin, culminating in the second state examination.
