Gentil Paganella

Gentil Paganella has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gentil started their career in 2007 as a Team Leader at Accenture Technology Solutions, where they primarily worked on fixing defects in legacy systems and developing new projects for telecommunications companies. In 2008, they joined Novabase as a Java Developer, focusing on fixing defects and making changes to existing projects. Gentil then worked at Sysvision Internacional as a Consultant for TMN and later joined IT People Consulting as a Senior Consultant, specializing in web development using Java technologies.

In 2011, Gentil joined Accenture Brasil as a Java Senior Consultant, where they continued to work on fixing defects and developing projects for a telecommunications company. Gentil also worked at IT People Consulting again, this time as a Senior Consultant, where they focused on web development using Java technologies.

In 2013, Gentil joined Accenture Portugal as a JAVA & OM & EAI Consultant, working on EAI, SOA, and WebServices projects. Gentil also gained experience with TIBCO tools. In 2014, they joined TIBCO Software Inc. as a Consultant, where they worked on EAI architectural design, development support, and production support for Banco do Brasil.

Gentil then worked at Accuracy Solutions - Portugal, where they had various roles, including IT People at Softinsa - Galp Energia, Hello Lisbon Serviced Apartments, Founder of Accuracy Solutions, Novimed Habitação, and Novabase at Celfocus - Vodafone Turkey. In these roles, they were mainly responsible for development, evolutive maintenance, and production support using technologies like Tibco, Siebel Adapter, SmartMapper, OM+ Platform, Java, and Shell scripting.

In 2019, Gentil founded Icheck and served as the CEO and Founder. Currently, they are working at Noesis as the Director of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), leading EAI's strategy and vision, managing the EAI team, and developing and maintaining the integration architecture. Gentil previously held the role of Associate Director of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) at Noesis, where they led Noesis's integration offering to multiple countries.

Throughout their career, Gentil has gained extensive experience in enterprise application integration, Java development, EAI architecture, and production support.

Gentil Paganella attended UniCEUB - Centro Universitário de Brasília in 2002, where they studied Analysis of Systems. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Colégio CorJesu in 2000. In addition, they have obtained numerous certifications in various fields, including Cloud Pak for Business Automation, TIBCO technologies, and TIBCO Cloud.
