Jose Antonio Soares Cardoso

Jose Antonio Soares Cardoso has extensive experience in project management and delivery within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director, Delivery Manager, and Engagement Manager at NOESIS Portugal since April 2017, Jose has previously held significant roles including Account Manager and Test Project Manager at Aitec Brasil S.A from September 2012 to January 2017, and Coordinator of Accounts Receivable at Freeart Seral do Brasil Metalúrgica LTDA from April 2010 to August 2012, where management of a receivables team was a key responsibility. Earlier in the career, Jose contributed to Aitec do Brasil S.A in various testing management positions from February 2005 to March 2010 and coordinated testing teams at TIM Brasil in 2007. Jose holds an MBA in Finance, Controllership, and Auditing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronics and Telecommunications from Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel.
