David Rabin

David Rabin is a venture partner at Noetic Fund and a former physician and research scientist. David received their medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and went on to specialize in psychiatry and translational neuroscience. David's research focuses on the clinical translation of technologies that change the way people regulate thoughts and feelings in response to tactile stimulation. In the clinic, Dr. Rabin studies novel therapies for treatment-resistant mental illnesses such as post-traumatic stress disorder and substance use disorders.

Dr. David Rabin is a psychiatrist who completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Albany Medical College. David then pursued a residency program in psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. In addition to their MD, Dr. Rabin also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in neuroscience from Albany Medical College, as well as a BS in biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
