Nicole Snell

Nicole Snell, PhD, currently serves as Chief of Staff at NOETIK, an AI-native biotechnology company focused on developing cancer immunotherapies through advanced machine learning methods, a position held since August 2023. Previously, from May 2019 to August 2023, Nicole held multiple leadership roles at The Johns Hopkins University, including Associate Director of Ventures, where responsibilities involved supporting the development of high-value startup companies and enhancing the startup ecosystem in Baltimore. Prior positions included Assistant Director of Ventures and Alliance Manager for Investment Partnerships and Translational Funding, where Nicole managed key collaborations and funding programs to advance the commercialization of research. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland and a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
