Heidi E Mikalsen

Heidi E Mikalsen is an experienced professional in the field of aquaculture and fish health, currently serving as a Senior Project Developer at Nofima since May 2004, specializing in project development, advisory services, business contact, sales, and contract negotiations. Previously held the position of Senior Advisor in Aquamedicine at Nofima, focusing on project management and biological consulting. Heidi has also contributed to the Tromsø Aquaculture Research Station as a board member and was a project coordinator for fish health at Fiskeriforskning. Early career experience includes roles at Statens dyrehelsetilsyn and Senja Fiskehelsetjeneste AS, among others. Education includes a Master's degree in Fish Health Biology from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, complemented by studies at various technical colleges and high schools.
