Senior Technical Product Owner & Software Engineer at NoFraud

Soleil Cotterell has worked in various roles since 2014. In 2021, they began working at NoFraud as the Technical Support/Developer Support/Integration Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for receiving issue reports from end and internal users and quickly familiarizing herself with the application architecture and data flow. In 2020, they began working at Epic as the Technical Solutions Engineer, where they quickly became familiar with the technical framework of the software suite and became an expert in the MyChart Patient Portal and the code/web framework that underlies it. In 2019, they worked as a REU Research Fellow at the National Weather Center, where they implemented advanced statistical and machine learning methods to post-process and classify the experimental numerical forecasts. In 2014, they began working as the Chief Election Judge at the Montgomery County Board of Elections.

Soleil Cotterell attended Hillel Academy High School from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained their high school degree. Soleil then attended Georgetown University from 2014 to 2019, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Physics & Mathematics. In addition, Soleil has obtained certifications from Epic in Caboodle Data Model, Cadence, Clarity Data Model, Clinical Data Model, Cogito, Cogito Tools Administration, Epic Client Systems Administrator: MyChart and EpicCare Link, MyChart, Prelude, and Welcome.
