Sima Yeshua

Sima Yeshua serves as the VP of Recruitment and Outsourcing at Nogamy נוגמי since February 2019, where responsibilities include establishing and leading the HR department, structuring recruiting procedures to reduce costs, promoting training programs, and managing employee evaluations and legal aspects of employment. Prior to this role, Sima held the position of Human Resources Manager at Manpower from January 2006 to September 2017, focusing on sales, account management, and staff development. Sima holds a B.A. in Management and Communication from The Open University of Israel, earned between 2001 and 2006.
