Giuseppe Franco

Giuseppe Franco has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to project management, funding opportunities, and international cooperation. Giuseppe is currently the Head of EU-Opportunities at NOI Techpark, where they lead a team in supporting SMEs, startups, and technology transfer teams in international projects. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Coordinator and Advisor for Enterprise Europe Network Italia, facilitating business opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises. Giuseppe also served as the Head of Funding Programmes & European projects at IDM Südtirol-Alto Adige, where they focused on securing and managing European fundings for cooperation projects. Additionally, they held multiple positions at TIS innovation park, including Coordinator of Services for Public Organizations, Head of International projects & funding opportunities, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager, where they specialized in project planning, management, and funding for innovation and research projects. In 2013, Giuseppe was a member of the regional board and responsible for funding at ItaliaCamp. Giuseppe began their career in the field of education, working as a freelance in communication, project evaluation, and monitoring.

Giuseppe Franco's education history includes several academic achievements. In 1999, they began their studies at Università LUMSA, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Communication Science, focusing on subjects such as Communication, Economics, Sociology, and History. Giuseppe successfully completed this program in 2004.

Following their degree from Università LUMSA, Giuseppe Franco enrolled at Luiss Guido Carli University in 2005 for a Postgraduate course in International Relations and Diplomacy. During this program, they studied various subjects like International Economic Policies, Community Law, International Law, and History of International Relationships. Giuseppe completed this course in 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Giuseppe Franco obtained certifications to further enhance their skills. Giuseppe earned a GOETHE-ZERTIFIKAT C1 from the Goethe-Institut e.V and an ESB Level 2 Certificate in International All Modes at C1 level from the English Speaking Board (International) Ltd.
