Lisa Althuber

Lisa Althuber is a Food Innovation Specialist at NOI Techpark since July 2022, focusing on food product development and gastronomic innovation. Key responsibilities include project concept creation, HACCP, food safety, and the establishment of a gastronomic living lab. Addition to current role, Lisa has experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Raw Materials & By-Products, emphasizing strategic development, networking, trend scouting, and event organization. Prior roles include Quality Management and Assurance at F.lli Clementi s.r.l., Scientific Researcher at Freie Universität Bozen, and various internships in laboratory and research settings. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Food Sciences for Innovation and Authenticity from the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano and Università degli Studi di Parma, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from the University of Vienna.
