Filip Slatinac has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2017. Filip began their career as a Software Designer at Nokia, where they worked on the cell tower health monitoring team and created a system that could monitor the health of various cell towers and alert telecommunications companies via SMS and email during down or high latency periods. Filip then moved on to Ciena in 2017, where they worked as a Software Developer on the team that enabled network visualization for Fortune 500 companies. Filip also created a web application that enabled telecommunication companies to manage networking nodes directly from their browsers. In 2018, Filip joined IBM as a Software Engineer, working on the QRadar team serving Canada's leading technological firms. Filip then took the lead on the team responsible for developing the mobile QRadar application, which allowed users to react 7X faster when a security threat was detected. Finally, in 2018, Filip co-founded Noibu, where they currently serve as CTO.
Filip Slatinac obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Software Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
