Strategic Customer Success Manager - Key Accounts at Noibu

Julie Brzezinski has been working in the hospitality industry since 2011. Julie began their career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. as a Guest Relations Agent, then moved on to Sales Coordinator, Catering Sales Manager and finally Group & Catering Sales Manager. In 2015, they joined Coast Hotels as a Cluster Revenue Manager and Front Office Manager & Revenue Management. In 2018, they moved to Atlific Hotels as an Area Revenue Manager and, most recently, in 2021, they became a Strategic Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Noibu.

Julie Brzezinski obtained their BA in History and Sociology from McGill University in 2007. Julie then completed a Diploma in Marketing from HEC Montréal in 2010. In 2016, they completed an eCornell Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management: Pricing and Demand Strategies program. In December 2019, they obtained an Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google.
