Reid Tait

Reid Tait has worked in a variety of roles in the software engineering and development industry. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer at Noibu, where they developed an Angular frontend in TypeScript, and wrote JavaScript for a browser-side collect script. Reid also began working as a Software Developer at aero hygenx, where they built and supported technologies reaching all areas of the product offering. In 2020, they worked as a Developer Intern at Roll Technologies, contributing to the development of Roll's operations mobile app in React Native with Redux. Reid also worked as a Customer Solutions/Ingest Intern at Micro Focus and a Quality Engineering Intern at Interset. In 2018, they worked as a Software Developer/Engineer at Telepin and a Junior Software Designer at Nokia. In 2017, they worked as a Business Intelligence Programmer/Analyst (Co-op) at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. From 2012-2018, they worked at Yellowknife Direct Charge Co-operative Ltd. in various roles, including Front End Manager, Assistant Bakery Manager, Assistant Deli Manager, Part-Time Deli Supervisor, and Part-Time Bakery Clerk.

Reid Tait attended the University of Ottawa from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Software Engineering.
