Rhianna Kidd

Rhianna Kidd is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Founders at Noibu since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rhianna held key positions at Shopify from August 2020 to May 2023, including Senior Operations Specialist and Executive Assistant to the COO. Rhianna's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Customer Support and Executive Assistant to the CEO at AffinityClick Inc. from September 2017 to August 2020. Rhianna gained extensive retail management experience at URBN between February 2013 and August 2017, where various roles included Store Manager and Women's Department Manager. Rhianna's career also includes supervisory positions at Fab Baby Gear and Rideau River Residence Association, as well as customer service experience at Indigo from May 2006 to September 2008. Rhianna is an alumna of Carleton University.
