Anish Ahmad

Anish Ahmad is an HR professional currently serving as HRBP and Process Automation at Noida International Airport since March 2022, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR processes tailored to the airport's unique culture and streamlining HRMS. Previously, Anish held roles at Adani Airports Holdings Ltd from December 2020 to March 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Technology Lead, driving talent acquisition across various verticals and leading the implementation of Oracle Fusion and Taleo to enhance hiring processes at multiple airports. Anish's earlier experience at Adani Power spanned from June 2014 to November 2020, with roles including Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager, focusing on performance management, employee development, and recruitment strategies. Anish began as a Management Trainee in Production Engineering at JCT Limited in 2011. Anish holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Delhi School of Economics and a B.Tech in Fibre Technology from the Government Central Textile Institute.
