Robert Albrecht

Robert Albrecht is currently working as a Lead Research Engineer at NL Acoustics Ltd. Robert's expertise lies in exploring different methods and applications of acoustics-based condition monitoring. With a Doctor of Science (Tech.) degree in Media Technology, Robert has a strong background in acoustics and audio signal processing. Prior to their current role, Robert also worked as a Doctoral Candidate at Aalto University and as a Study Adviser at Helsinki University of Technology. Robert's research interests include mobile audio-augmented reality, distance perception, and sound localization and classification. Additionally, Robert has experience as a freelance web developer at Smart & Cool Oy.
