Prior to Noitavonne, Lael was the founder of Integrated Smart Solutions, a smart technology company that provided integrated solutions for businesses. Lael has also held positions at Minority Startups, Shenzhen Siecom Communications and Technology Co, Ltd, Noitavonne Instruments, and Ohmstede Industrial Services.

Lael A. Alexander has a degree in computer information systems from the University of New Orleans and a degree in computer information systems design from Grambling State University.
