Kenny Cowart

Kenny Cowart has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Their most recent position is Vice President Information Technology at Crown Crafts, Inc., a role they assumed in June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Director of Information Systems at the same company, starting in May 2007 and continuing till their promotion. Before joining Crown Crafts, Inc., Kenny worked for Aegis Mortgage Corporation as the Business Technology Director from January 2002 to May 2007. Kenny also has experience as a Development Manager at Community Coffee from 1999 to 2002, a Project Manager at United Companies from 1992 to 1999, an Application Support Manager at Landmark Land from 1988 to 1992, and an IT Manager at Southern Federal Savings and Loan from 1984 to 1988. Kenny Cowart began their education at Vancleave High School, where they attended from 1976 to 1979. After completing high school, they went on to Mississippi State University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Kenny attended this institution from 1979 to 1983. Seeking further education, Kenny then enrolled at The University of Southern Mississippi and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance, attending from 1986 to 1988.
