Archana Tanwar

Archana Tanwar has a diverse work experience in various roles in the field of talent management, influencer marketing, content creation, and social media marketing. Archana currently works as a Talent Manager at Nojoto, India's Largest Storytelling Platform. Prior to this, they worked at ShareChat as part of the Sharechat Acquisition team, where they evangelized Sharechat among influencer communities and built strong relationships with influencers. Archana also worked as a Creator Influencer Manager at Moj For Business, where they developed and executed influencer marketing strategies for Moj, a leading short video platform. Archana has also held roles in content and community operations at ShareChat, where they created and curated engaging content in Haryanvi language. Furthermore, Archana has experience in environmental campaigns and awareness as a Green Ambassador at Panasonic India and as the President of Dhara: the environment society of daulatram college. Archana has also gained social media marketing experience as an intern at Aashaa Foundation and as a Social Media Intern at RIGHT ACTION FOR YOUTH (NGO). Archana has a proactive and versatile skill set in marketing and management across different sectors.

Archana Tanwar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Delhi University from 2018 to 2021. Archana then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Climate Reality Leadership training from The Climate Reality Project in August 2021, Bioinformatics Workshop from Abhyas - The Internship Cell in April 2020, Tailoring Medical Treatments Colloquium from the Zoology department, Miranda House in October 2019, and Google filters Workshop from Gateway Institute of Engineering and Technology in January 2017.
