Michael Chang

Michael Chang serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategy & Technology at Nokia Shanghai Bell since June 2022, previously holding roles within Nokia from April 2007, including EVP of Customer Experience Strategy & Technology for Greater China, Chief Technology Officer of Customer Operations, and various leadership positions in radio standardization. Additionally, Michael Chang is the National Chair of the ICT Working Group at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China since April 2020 and a Board Member at Funo since May 2020. Previous experience includes Vice President of the EUCCC, leading industry policy dialogue and business advocacy, as well as senior roles at Siemens and Lucent Technologies focused on telecom standard development and wireless communication research. Education includes a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
