Xueyuan Zhang

Xueyuan Zhang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system architecture and technical program management, currently serving as a Consultant Engineer at Nokia Shanghai Bell since February 2017. In this role, Xueyuan Zhang has led the R&D efforts for the Convergence Charging platform in China and has developed cloud solutions for Nokia's Charging products on OpenStack and VMware infrastructure, overseeing operational lifecycle management, monitoring, and security. Prior to this, Xueyuan Zhang held positions as Technical Manager at Alcatel Lucent Shanghai Bell, focusing on VoLTE and IMS application servers, and as Senior Member of Technical Staff at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs, specializing in telecommunications systems engineering. Xueyuan Zhang began a career in software engineering at Datang Telecom Group, designing OAM software for ATM switches. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Beihang University and multiple Bachelor's degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Instrument Science and Engineering as well as Industry Foreign Trade.
