With 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, Carlo has focused on developing profitable businesses in optical networks by leveraging innovative solutions and responding to market demands. Previously, Carlo held various leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent, including VP Solution Leader for Japan and North Asia optics GM. Carlo earned a Master's degree in electronics from Politecnico di Milano after completing high school with a Maturita Scientifica. Passionate about renewable energy, Carlo also enjoys skiing, hiking, and sightseeing.
